Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Bagdogra - Drive to Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, our local tour representative will meet you at the specified area and transfer you to Gangtok (130 kms, approx. 6-7 hours drive).

Gangtok: At an altitude of 1750m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid 19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a travellers delight.

Day 2: Excursion to Tshangu Lake

Today morning take a fill at morning breakfast. Today we’ll go for a day excursion to Tshangu Lake (Timing will depend on the issuance of Permit). Situated at a height of 12,400 feet and an average depth of 50 ft, the lake offers serene and breathtaking beauty with sparkling blue water. Being on such a height, it is highly advisable to carry heavy woollens with you. It is about 45 kms away and takes approx. 3 hours to reach. Tsomgo / Tshangu / Changu Lake is regarded as a very sacred lake by local Buddhists and Hindus. The lake keeps frozen from winters to mid May. You can enjoy a yak ride here (on your own expense). Just on the lake side, visit the Baba Mandir, temple of Lord Shiva built in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh. Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place. Later return back to hotel in Gangtok and retire in your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Gangktok - Pelling

After Breakfast, Checkout from the hotel and drive to Pelling via Ravangla and Buddha Park 5-6 hrs approx. Arrive

Pelling & checkin at hotel. Evening is free for leisure.


Pelling: Located at a distance of 120 kms from Gangtok. Pelling is another serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 mts (approx) and commands a spectacular view of Mt.Kanchenjunga.

Day 4: Pelling Sightseeing & Drive to Darjeeling

Wake up to witness the awe-striking natural beauty and charge yourself with morning breakfast. Later Check out from the hotel. Proceed for half day local sightseeing in Pelling visiting Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabtense Ruins and Skywalk. Afternoon drive from Pelling to Darjeeling.


Darjeeling one of the most beautiful and tranquil hill resorts of India. At an altitude of over 2100 m, ‘Dorje Ling’, the place of thunderbolt offers breathtaking vistas of Mt. Kanchenjunga and other snow peaks. Being about 100 kms away, it takes approx. 4-5 hours to reach. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later, step out to explore the nearby areas and witness the alluring landscapes. See its tiny waterfalls, little quaint villages, and the famous old railway track. Capture the sunset views of the snow capped mountains and enjoy a relaxed stroll in the world famous tea gardens. Return to hotel and catch an early sleep as you are required to wake up very early next morning.

Day 5: Excursion Visit to Tiger Hill & Local Sightseeing tour

Today early morning at 3.30 AM, step out to visit Tiger Hill, the famous spot to witness a breathtaking sunrise with amazing colour effects on Mt. Kanchendzonga, world’s third highest peak. When the whole range of snow peaks turns its colour to gold, it is a majestic sight to behold. (Note: The view you get depends totally on the weather on that day.) Later Proceed for Darjeeling sightseeing tour . Rest of the evening is at leisure. You can explore the local markets in this time and later return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 6: Darjeeling - Departure to Bagdogra

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra for your flight back to Delhi. (B)

  2. Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 2 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  3. The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  4. Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  5. Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.


Private Transfer: Supplementary cost for innova/xylo is Rs 16000 for the entire tour.


Add-ons:

• Dinner in Standard Hotel: Rs. 600 per person per dinner.

• Dinner in Superior Hotel: Rs. 800 per person per dinner.

• Dinner in Deluxe Hotel: Rs. 950 per person per dinner.


Optional tour of Nathula pass (Indo China border)

1. Nathula is an excursion from Gangtok and is located above Changu Lake.

2. This is a restricted area and special permits are required to visit it. Permits are granted only between Wednesday and Sunday and can be cancelled anytime for security or weather conditions.

3. Very limited number of vehicles are granted permits for Nathu La therefore the same are subject to availability and are never guaranteed in advance. The permits are applied only 01 day prior to the date of travel.

4. The Supplement cost for Nathu La will be Rs.7000/- for the vehicle and Rs.300/- per person for the passengers (this cost includes vehicle and individual permits)

5. Documents – We need the full names, ages and gender of the passengers 02 days before the date of travel (by mail or sms).

6. Copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof and passport size photos will be collected 01 day prior to the date of travel from the guests directly on tour.


Important Notes:

  • Documents to be carried for Tsomgo Lake/Lachen & Lachung 02 copies of passport size photographs,original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License ) for processing the permit. PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
  • Vehicle service is provided as per the tour Itinerary on point-to-point basis and not on disposal basis.
  • Ac’s will be switched off while travelling to uphill for the vehicle to function properly.
  • Rates valid for Indian nationals only and valid for the mentioned dates/period of travel only


Travelling Mandates:

Guests requested to carry 02 passport size snaps and valid Indian photo ID address proof per person. Pan and Aadhar are not accepted in Sikkim.


Sikkim Mandatory Documents:

1. Scanned Identification document of all Traveler. Any one – Voters card, Driver’s license, Passport. (image size between 10KB and 100KB PNG or JPG format)

2. Passport size photos. (image size between 10KB and 100KB PNG or JPG format)

3. Hotel details. Name of the hotel, check in check out date along with scanned copy of booking/reservation proof.

4. Name phone number of any family member to contact in case of emergency.

5. Attached self-health/COVID declaration to be filled & signed by all travelers and send us the scanned copies.

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, 25% of tour package cost shall be deducted + Special Component like Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of tour package cost shall be deducted + Special Component like Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted + Special Component like Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check in at the Hotel or Resort. This is mandatory.

  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers & sightseeing tours are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes / detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or ban & security reason.
  • The vehicle used (AC or Non AC) is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Guests are requested to follow the timings in the program.
  • In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refund

  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The Standard check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon (Subject to change). Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.

      • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
    • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
      • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
      • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
      • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
    • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
      • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
      • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
    • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
